Job summary

Misarma Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the HSE Assistant Manager in implementing company-wide HSE programs, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining documentation. The candidate should have a diploma/degree in OSH or Environmental Science, Yellow Book mandatory, and 3–5 years of HSE experience in oil, gas, construction, or related industries, with

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or equivalent field.
• Yellow book holder is mandatory; DOSH Green Book preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing HSE programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Coordinate with project teams on HIRARC, risk assessments, and safety plans.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks to ensure compliance.
• Maintain and update site HSE documentation and reports.
• Investigate incidents and prepare preliminary management reports.
• Deliver HSE inductions for new workers and subcontractors.
• Support continuous improvement of the HSE Management System.
