Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Chargeman BO Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse service providers and client representatives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex operational matters daily
• Capacity to handle ambiguity and complex problems
• Background in civil engineering, building management or related field
• Computer proficiency on Windows and AutoCAD is an advantage
• Independent, initiative-driven with leadership qualities
• Ability to build good internal and external working relationships
• Represent APM per company culture and requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist superior in delivering services to operate and maintain the property, including technical, maintenance, procurement, and asset management
• Develop relationships with client representatives and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with Master Agreement scope, SLAs and KPIs
• Monitor site operations to ensure contracts meet requirements
• Review supplier performance against contractual obligations
• Maintain site upkeep and stock levels for maximum efficiency
• Keep a functioning Work Order system and address defects promptly
• Support meetings and events at the site
• Assist with out-of-hours issues and emergency responses
• Provide backup support when the superior is absent
• Communicate client expectations clearly to the FM team
• Collaborate with facilities team and wider APM network
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain uninterrupted site operations and client satisfaction targets
• Promote continuous service improvement and vendor performance
• Provide mentorship to colleagues and contribute to team delivery
