Job summary

CAPITAL BLISS SDN. BHD. is seeking a responsible Site Engineer to manage multiple project sites, coordinate with project teams, and ensure smooth site operations. Fresh graduates are welcome, with Mandarin proficiency valued for client communications.

The role involves supervising daily site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards, preparing progress reports, and assisting with basic QS tasks and progress claims. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in related fields preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Malay.
• Own transport and willing to travel to site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities and work progress
• Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, schedules, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on site matters
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation including site progress reports, daily records, and site photos
• Assist in site planning, manpower arrangement, and material coordination
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure completed works meet required standards
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or site issues promptly
• Assist Management with any additional assigned tasks
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on progress claims
• Assist with basic QS-related matters including measurement, claim documentation, and coordination with consultants/clients
