Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in construction or M&E projects.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of site supervision, QA/QC, and safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship and quality of work.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site workers.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules and attend site meetings.
• Inspect materials and ensure compliance with project specs and standards.
• Maintain safety with toolbox talks and PPE compliance.
• Interpret drawings and prepare method statements and RFIs.
• Prepare daily site reports and record progress.
• Ensure sufficient materials are available for scheduled work.
