Job summary

T&W Construction and Engineering SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction operations on site, ensuring works comply with drawings, plans and specifications. The role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors and suppliers, assigning tasks, and maintaining discipline to optimize productivity.

The candidate will monitor progress, report to the project manager, enforce safety regulations, inspect workmanship and materials, and keep daily site reports and records up to date,

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and specifications
• Monitor progress and report to project manager
• Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Assign tasks and ensure productivity on site
• Maintain discipline and proper conduct among workers
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Ensure materials used meet project requirements
• Enforce site safety regulations and procedures
• Conduct regular safety checks and toolbox meetings
• Ensure workers use proper PPE
• Follow project timeline and ensure milestones are met
• Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment
• Liaise with engineers, consultants, and management
• Maintain daily site reports and records
• Track attendance, site activities, and progress updates
• Report any issues, delays, or incidents promptly
