Job summary

Jess Interior Design is seeking a responsible Site Coordinator to oversee renovation projects and ensure day-to-day site activities run smoothly. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, designers and clients, monitor progress and ensure works comply with drawings and specifications.

The role requires reading ID/construction drawings, strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to travel to multiple project sites with own transport.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in renovation/interior design/construction.
• Experience in site coordination or site supervision.
• Able to read and understand ID/construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to different project sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily site activities and renovation works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, designers and clients.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship and work quality.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Follow up on site issues, defects and rectification works.
• Arrange and coordinate site schedules with relevant parties.
• Provide regular updates on project progress.
• Ensure the site is properly organised and works are completed according to schedule.
