Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of construction site experience.
• Experience in industrial, utility, piping, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong site coordination and supervision skills.
• Able to work independently under demanding project schedules.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated Company site representative for the assigned AWS project site.
• Manage all day-to-day construction activities to ensure safe, quality, and timely execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and material deployment.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and schedule compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
• Prepare site checklists/reports and attend coordination meetings.
• Support project close-out and ad-hoc assignments.
