Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and coordinate construction activities across AWS project sites, ensuring safety, quality and on-schedule execution.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management, with 3–5 years field experience and at least 1–2 years in a site leadership role; proficiency in MS Project, Excel and project reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of construction experience, with 1–2 years in a site leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-site industrial, infrastructure, utility, or data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction execution across all AWS project sites to achieve milestones, safety targets and quality requirements.
• Lead Construction Engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to optimize resources and productivity.
• Coordinate with AWS, General Contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and performance; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports, attend management meetings, and support planning, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Assist in various ad-hoc project requirements assigned by Project Manager.
