Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Construction Manager to lead and coordinate all AWS project-site construction activities. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule execution while collaborating with AWS, general contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of construction experience with leadership exposure, and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and reporting tools. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, civil, or construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years construction experience with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-site industrial, infrastructure, utility, or data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction execution across AWS project sites.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence per specs and drawings.
• Act as primary focal point between Company, AWS, GC, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet schedules.
• Support reporting, forecasting, risk management, and project close-out.
• Assist in various ad-hoc project requirements as assigned.
