Hotayi Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd (Hotayi Group) is seeking a Civil and Structural Engineer for a contract role in Batu Kawan, Penang. You will supervise day-to-day site operations, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety regulations.

The position requires a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong interpretation of drawings, knowledge of construction methods, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil/building construction projects.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure timely completion of construction activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure works meet specifications and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports, site documentation, and quality control checks.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
