Job summary

PT Lumintu Insan Mandiri is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee site execution and supervision for construction projects. You will review and prepare engineering drawings, manage project documentation, and support the Project Manager across all project phases.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with local authority submissions. Willingness to travel and a valid driving license are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Graduate Engineer registered (e.g., BEM) or actively pursuing PE/EIT.
• Minimum 2–3 years in construction or consulting.
• Familiarity with local authority submission processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or Revit/BIM advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
• Able to work with minimum supervision; knows when to escalate.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license; willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and resolve basic technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and QSHE requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Prepare, review, and update engineering drawings, shop drawings, and as-built plans using AutoCAD.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform quantity take-offs for material planning, cost estimation, and contractor claim verification.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including site reports, inspection records, and progress reports.
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical queries.
• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
