Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage software projects and resources effectively.
