Job summary

Regent Kuala Lumpur, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks a Signature Restaurant Manager to lead the open kitchen and grill dining experience with Forbes Five Star standards.

You will set the tone for The Taste Gallery concept, manage staffing, training, and guest journey, and work with culinary and beverage teams to deliver theatre, flavour, and exceptional service in a vibrant TRX district venue.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years' professional experience, including at least 2 years at senior level within an international luxury environment.
• Fluent English required; other languages an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct everyday activity, plan and assign work, ensuring the right staffing numbers at all times.
• Develop the team and improve performance through coaching and feedback.
• Train colleagues to ensure they deliver with compliance and to Regent's expected standards.
• Ensure the whole team is trained on The Taste Gallery concept and Regent F&B philosophy.
• Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive, linking departments to create a sense of one team.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through regular communication with other departments.
