Job summary

TechTiera in Malaysia seeks a senior presales leader to drive multi-domain RF and EMC simulations, mentoring a cross-functional team and shaping the solution roadmap. The role combines technical leadership with client engagements to articulate value through advanced CAE and EMI/EMC expertise.

The candidate will oversee simulation delivery, collaborate with GMT consultants, and present technical reviews to customers and executives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Ansys FEM/CAE applications.
• Strong understanding of electronic system design across component and system levels.
• Exposure to RF/EMC tools such as HFSS, SIwave, EMAD, CST, ADS, Feko or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multi-domain presales team across SI/PI, EMI/EMC, and RF modalities.
• Architect and oversee the delivery of simulation solutions for high-speed digital design and RF optimization.
• Support complex RF design evaluations including antenna arrays and C-band payload integration.
• Guide engagements involving SERDES links, DDR buses, parasitics, and EMC shielding modeling.
• Collaborate with GMT consultants to align simulation positioning with strategic roadmap.
• Represent TechTiera in technical reviews, executive briefings, and customer engagements.

Job description

• Lead and mentor a multi-domain presales team across SI/PI, EMI/EMC, and RF modalities.
• Architect and oversee the delivery of simulation solutions involving high-speed digital design, interference mitigation and RF component optimization.
• Support complex RF design evaluations inclúding antenna arrays, Coiste placement Radome interaction and C-band satellite payload integration.
• Guide engagements that require modeling the likes of SERDES links, DDR buses, iGB1 based power modules, parasitics (R, L, G, C), and EMC shielding
• Collaborate effectively with the Go-To-Market (GMT) consultants within the ecosystem to guide the simulation positioning well aligned with a strategic roadmap.
• Represent the company in technical reviews, executive briefings, and key customer engagements.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Ansys software, FEM, and CAE applications.
• Strong understanding of electronic system design across component and system levels.
• Exposure to tools like HFSS, SIwave, EMAD, CST, ADS, Feko or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to the modelling of Semiconductor and 3DIC technology is good to have
