Job summary

UST Malaysia is seeking a Power Integrity specialist to perform PI simulations and analyze PDN performance for high-speed boards. You will work with HSPICE, Cadence Sigrity PowerDC, and PowerSI to optimize package and PCB power planes, generate S-parameters, PIBOM, and create PI documentation such as PIER reports and Platform Design Guides.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design reviews and PI-related improvements, ensuring robust power delivery across complex layouts.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Signal Integrity (SI) and/or Power Integrity (PI) design, analysis, or simulation.
• Hands-on experience with HSPICE, Cadence Sigrity PowerDC, and Cadence PowerSI.
• Understanding of power delivery networks (PDN), package design, and PCB layout concepts.
• Familiarity with PI simulation methodologies, modeling techniques, and S-parameter generation.

Responsibilities

Requirements
