Job summary

SBH Perak Agro Aquaculture Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supervisor to oversee day-to-day farm operations in Kuala Kurau, Perak. You will ensure ponds and facilities function properly and coordinate workers to maintain a smooth farm environment.

Responsibilities include on-site checks (DO, water clarity), collecting water samples, assisting with shrimp sampling, and reporting issues to management. You will attend harvests and provide daily pond/woker updates from the field.

• Collect and prepare water samples for laboratory analysis as required.
• Conduct shrimp sampling only when instructed; assist with measurements and documentation.
• Ensure general farm activities run smoothly and workers follow assigned tasks.
• Monitor basic equipment operation and report any issues to management.
• Maintain a clean environment and uphold basic biosecurity practices.
• Attend harvests to observe the process and support workers as needed.
• Provide simple daily updates to the office on pond conditions, worker attendance, and any issues noticed.
