Job summary

SyAqua is seeking a proactive production supervisor to oversee daily shop floor activities in Kapar, Selangor. The role ensures production runs meet schedules and delivery targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

You will monitor line performance, coordinate with the warehouse and maintenance teams, and supervise a team of operators and technicians to minimize downtime and optimize manpower across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure scheduled production is executed to plan and delivery targets.
• Monitor machine utilization, line efficiency, output, and downtime.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with warehouse for timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and production consumables.
• Maintain SOP adherence, quality standards, and production processes.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with production planning.
• Supervise operators, technicians, and production floor staff.
