You will greet customers, help them locate products, process transactions, stock shelves, and support store promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry merchandise, and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as required
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock management
• Willingness to learn about products and store systems
• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow management direction

• Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring products are neatly arranged and clearly priced
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including floors, shelves and customer areas
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to management
• Assist with promotional activities and store displays as directed
• Follow store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
