Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) in Malaysia is seeking a capable retail professional to support daily store operations, handle stock movements, and assist with deliveries and returns. You will ensure clean, organized floors and provide friendly, professional service to customers.

The role requires 1–3 years retail experience, potential supervisory exposure, and ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree an advantage.
• 1-3 years retail experience; supervisory exposure preferred.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a retail team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have own transportation.
• Comfortable working rotating or flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

REQUIREMENTS

SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. A Bachelor's Degree will be an added advantage.

Ideally 1-3 years of retail experience; candidates with prior supervisory exposure are preferred.

SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Capable of leading and coordinating a retail team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiar with POS terminals and basic computer applications.

Comfortable working rotating or flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
