Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Malaysia is seeking a friendly Cashier to join our team. The role involves handling cash transactions, cards, and e-wallet payments, and serving walk-in customers and business clients.

You will support daily outlet activities such as packing, labeling, and arranging goods, work independently or as part of a team, and maintain accuracy and honesty in daily cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Cashier or in a customer service-related role.
• Familiar with handling cash transactions, debit/credit card payments, and e-wallet payments.
• Possess basic mathematical skills and able to handle cash accurately.
• Friendly and able to communicate well with walk-in customers and business clients.
• Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented when handling cash and daily transactions.
• Able to support daily outlet activities, including packing, labelling, and arranging goods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
