Job summary

Tanera Transport Sdn Bhd is seeking a Shipping Documentation Lead to manage a team responsible for end-to-end documentation for global shipments. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in shipping docs, with a proven supervisory track record and meticulous accuracy.

You will oversee Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and collaborate with sales, operations, and freight forwarders to streamline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of progressive shipping documentation experience in a lead/supervisory role.
• Expertise in bills of lading, air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of shipping documentation specialists.
• Oversee creation, review and submission of all shipping documents ensuring compliance.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures for documentation processes.
