Job summary

CB Palm Industrial Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics-focused professional to ensure shipments are recorded timely and accurately, with cargo ready before loading. You will allocate containers, coordinate movement, and monitor goods to maintain quality during handling.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Supply Chain and at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or logistics, especially in shipping within a palm oil mill setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 1 year working experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Experience in shipping and logistics within a palm oil mill company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record shipments timely and accurately, including shipment dates.
• Coordinate container allocation and movement; request trucks for cargo collection.
• Monitor goods to ensure they are in good condition during handling.

Job description

Primary function:

To ensure all shipments are recorded timely and accurately, including shipments dates and ensure all cargo ready before loading into containers/collection.

Secondary function:

1. Knowledgeable in fundamental requirements of shipment, particularly rules involving in shipping regulations and protocols.
2. Request trucks for cargo collection
3. To allocate containers and coordination for containers movement.
4. Monitor arrangement of goods while make sure all goods in good condition.
5. To prepare photos arrangement of goods before containers movement.
6. Collaborate with store, marketing and other department to optimize shipment processes.
7. Any other jobs assigned by superior when necessary.

Qualification & Working Experience Requirements:

1. Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent with minimum of 1 years working experience in manufacturing or logistic company; or
2. Minimum 1 years working experience in shipping and logistic palm oil mill company.
