The Production Supervisor will lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders in Penang, Malaysia, to achieve output, quality and cycle time targets while adhering to 5S, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have Degree; 1–3 years of experience in a Production Supervisor role in semiconductor; willing to work in shifts; basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality and cycle time targets
• Follow 5S, safety regulation and quality standard at all the Time
• Comply with company policies, EHS requirement and industry regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
