• 1) The incumbent will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operational requirements, including:
  • Site inspections and hazard identification
  • Incident reporting and investigation
  • Training coordination and awareness programs
  • Compliance monitoring (statutory and internal requirements)
  • Follow-up and closure of corrective and preventive actions
• Manage HSE workload, ensure timely execution of regulatory and internal requirements, and prevent any gaps in compliance or site safety coverage.
• 2)Participate in all Safety, Health and Environment related activities.
• 3)Assist business area on auditing customers' bulk storage facility and verifying procedures implemented by customers are in line with best practice in handling hazardous goods.
• 4)Provide support to the business area by keeping close relationship with key customers on safety aspect of handling hazardous chemicals.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications – Minimum degree in any of the following fields - Engineering, Chemical, Manufacturing or any related field.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Must possess a valid Green Book (registered SHO).
• Good knowledge in SHE related work (DOSH Regulation, FMA 1967, OSHA 1994).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of employees and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively, while adapting to a dynamic, high-pressure work environment with minimal supervision.
