Why Join As a Regulatory Policy Specialist at OCBC, you will play a critical role in shaping the bank’s regulatory strategy and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate regulatory risks, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the bank’s business objectives.

How you succeed To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and assess regulatory risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Your ability to analyze complex regulatory issues, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving regulatory compliance and excellence. What you do

Who you are
