Regulatory Policy Specialist

You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate regulatory risks, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the bank's business objectives.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and assess regulatory risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Your ability to analyze complex regulatory issues, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving regulatory compliance and excellence.

What you do
  • Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the bank
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures
  • Conduct regulatory risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to business units and other stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations
Who you are
  • A degree in Law, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in regulatory policy or compliance
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry trends
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and communicate effectively
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a strong commitment to regulatory excellence and compliance
