We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain business applications and workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

This role will work closely with stakeholders across different business functions and regions to understand business requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions that support the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.

Job Descriptions

Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

Develop automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Excel, Microsoft 365, and other relevant systems.

Prepare functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, specifications, and deployment procedures.

Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

Participate in solution testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements.

Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders across different projects, business units, and regions.

Contribute to digital transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong experience in Power Apps and Power Automate.

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Excel.

Experience in gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
