is seeking an SG&A Finance Analyst in Malaysia to consolidate SG&A trends and Capex data, support monthly reporting, and align country stakeholders on financial values and risks. The role requires 3–5 years FP&A experience, multinational exposure, strong financial, IT and analytical skills, and excellent communication to mentor juniors and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FP&A experience with focus on operating expenses.
• Experience within a multinational company.
• Strong financial, IT, and analytical skills with operational focus.
• Excellent communication to engage stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and champion the role.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain SG&A trends and Capex data.
• Collaborate with country stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial values.
• Assess operational risks and adapt financial statements accordingly.
• Analyze actuals and provide monthly reporting insights.
• Validate expenses in the system, including PO and T&E expenditures.
• Oversee end-to-end SG&A processes.
• Align country budget holders on SG&A metrics.
• Track actual performance and share monthly analysis identifying risks and opportunities.
• Ensure internal controls and monitor risks and barriers.
• Drive process optimization projects and problem solving.
