• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Able to commit to an internship period of at least 3 to 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong academic performance and involvement in extracurricular activities will be an added advantage.
• Prior internship, project, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation, review, and issuance of customer quotations.
• Assist with contract renewal tracking and follow-up activities.
• Maintain and update sales data, customer records, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information required for quotations and customer requests.
• Support sales campaigns, lead management activities, and administrative tasks.
• Help monitor quotation status and ensure timely submission to customers.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of sales and customer information in internal systems.
• Support the sales team with ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
