S6ME Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee all site activities for air conditioning servicing, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will lead现场 workers, report on servicing status, and support testing and commissioning.
Diploma/Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering is required, with 2–3 years of supervision experience. Knowledge of chiller systems is a plus, and readiness to work outside normal hours when needed.

To oversee, coordinate, plan, attend & perform all site activities to ensure that service/audit work is executed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and according to good engineering practices.
Lead/guide workers (if any) to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company procedures.
To advise, report to immediate superior on the status servicing work, breakdown and testing & commissioning.

Visual acuity to read technical documents and inspect equipment.
Perform routine servicing of air conditioning systems including split units, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, PAC, and chilled water systems.
Carry out cleaning of filters, coils, drain trays, and condensate piping.
Inspect compressors, fans, belts, motors, and electrical components for wear or abnormalities.
Check refrigerant pressure, temperature, and operating conditions; top up refrigerant where required.
Ensure systems operate within manufacturer and design specifications.
Diagnose and rectify system faults, breakdowns, and performance issues.
Identify electrical, mechanical, control, or refrigerant-related problems.
Replace defective parts and components with proper tools and methods.
Provide timely response to breakdown calls to minimize downtime.
Conduct pre-commissioning checks including mechanical, electrical, and control inspections.
Perform functional testing of air conditioning systems during initial startup.
Measure and record system parameters such as voltage, current, airflow, temperature, pressure, and capacity.
Assist in system balancing, tuning, and performance verification.
Support consultant/client during witnessing of testing and commissioning activities.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and commissioning checklists.
Record test results, observations, and corrective actions taken.
Update equipment history and maintenance logs.
Report recurring issues and recommend improvement or replacement works.
Follow safety procedures, work permits, and site regulations at all times.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain proper housekeeping at work areas after servicing or installation.
Use tools, instruments, and PPE correctly and responsibly.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams for work planning.
Assist engineers during inspections, audits, or performance testing.
Provide basic technical support and explanation to clients or end users when required.
Daily interaction with staff, workers, subcons and maintain effective communication and coordination with the Service Manager, Service Engineers, and Safety Officer to ensure smooth site operations.
Supervise and guide workers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to work plans, schedules, and safety standards. professionalism in all site dealings.
Regular communication (daily to weekly) with Service Engineer/Service Manager for progress and issue reporting.
Periodic coordination (weekly or as required) with Head Office departments for approvals, claims, and documentation such material requisitions and servicing reports.
Frequent contact (daily or as needed) with subcontractors and suppliers for operational coordination, material delivery, work scheduling, and technical clarifications.
Regular interaction (weekly or as required) with client representatives on plant matters, inspections, and work verifications.
Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation in all external dealings.
