Leading Innovative Technologies & Systems Sdn Bhd (LITS), developer of Flexi Parking, is hiring a Service Support Technician. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and maintaining systems, and providing first-level user support across on-site and remote setups. Candidates should have a Diploma in Electrical or related field, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and be willing to travel with their own transport.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, software, peripherals, and technical equipment.
• Provide first-level support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Guide end-users through technical issues for smooth operations.
• Educate users on best practices for system performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Within the same mobile application, users can pay for street parking, gated off-street parking with license plate recognition, accessing residential area, hassle free compound payment and even to charge their electric vehicles.

What you will be doing :

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and equipment.

Ensure timely and effective problem resolution to minimize downtime.

Install, configure, and maintain systems, software, peripherals, and technical equipment.

Provide support for upgrades and ensure proper functionality during and post-installation.

Conduct routine inspections, updates, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance (Physical site visit & Remotely)

Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures proactively.

Maintain accurate records of reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.

Prepare technical reports and update knowledge bases for future reference.

Provide first-level support to users via phone, email, or in-person.

Guide end-users through technical issues, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Educate users on best practices for system performance, safety, and efficiency.

Assist in initiatives to expand local market share and grow the customer base.

Support business development activities through technical expertise and customer engagement.

Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

What you will bring along:

Hold at least a Diploma in Electrical in a relevant field.

Demonstrate proficient interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possess strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Must have personal transportation and be willing to travel.

Fresh graduates are welcome.
