This role focuses on achieving service contract sales targets for repairs, modernization and related services, with active involvement in account management and field opportunities. Ideal candidates hold an electrical/mechanical/industrial engineering background, a valid driver's license, and proven sales development skills.

Qualifications

• With/Without work experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales or relevant.
• Basic understanding of industrial products.
• Experience in sales management and business development process.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and grow sales.
• Must be able to work in elevated areas and at heights.
• Must be able to travel locally or outside central region for operational requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Develops market / business plans and sales strategy for designated market that ensures attainment of service contract sales goals and profitability.
• Engage in various sales activities to sell service contracts including inspection, maintenance, on-call service, field modernization, lifting equipment, etc.
• Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Development and implementation of sales plans, targets and budgets as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Develop new customer and maintain good relationships with the existing customers in its area.
• Provide timely feedback and reports to manager regarding performance.
• To be fully aware of and comply with current responsibilities and requirements of the relevant OHS Acts, Regulations and applicable Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Report all hazards, incidents and injuries in accordance with legislation and company reporting procedures;
• Participate in programs and assessments to improve health and safety in the workplace.
• Execute all functions in line with the applicable delegation of authority
• Perform other duties as assigned
