Job summary

ĂN VIET VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT (REAL FOOD PEOPLE SDN. BHD) in Penang, Malaysia seeks a customer-focused service staff to learn Vietnamese cuisine, recommend dishes, and ensure a memorable dining experience. You will rotate through service floor, host, bar, and cashier roles as part of a dynamic team.

Experience in F&B is preferred but training is provided; you must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin, and be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• F&B service experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Learn about Vietnamese cuisine, recommend and explain to customers how to enjoy the dishes served.
• Rotate through service stations at the restaurant: service floor, host, bar, and cashier.
• Attend to customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
