Job summary

SHINGEN SDN. BHD. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, commission, and test packaging machines at customer sites across Malaysia. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and provide technical support to customers.

You will also conduct operator training, prepare service reports, and recommend spare parts or upgrades while traveling extensively for assignments, ensuring safety and quality on every visit.

Qualifications

• Install, commission, and test packaging machines at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and machine servicing.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Conduct machine operation training.
• Prepare service reports after visits.
• Recommend spare parts and machine upgrades.
• Travel throughout Malaysia for service assignments.
