Job summary

HYRED in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Experience Designer to turn strategy and research into practical, visual solutions for clients across healthcare, hospitality, and property development.

You will develop journey maps, service blueprints, and playbooks, collaborating with strategists and researchers to shape recommendations and ensure outputs are usable by executives and end users.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in service design, UX/CX design, or related field.
• Experience in consulting, agency, or client-facing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating journey mapping, service design, customer experience, or systems visualisation work.
• Comfortable designing materials for executive audiences as well as end users.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on design and visual execution.
• Healthcare or complex service-industry project experience is a plus.
• Experience creating training, playbooks, or enablement materials is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop journey maps, service blueprints, protocol visuals, and other experience-design tools that translate strategy into practical solutions
