A leading beverage company in Malaysia is seeking dedicated Service Crew members to manage outlet operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and interact with customers. The ideal candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree and have good communication skills. This role involves multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and may require travel to various store locations.
Overview
Ensure compliance of Company SOP, policies and procedures by outlets. To implement, organise and conduct audits to ensure highest level of service at outlets. Assist Operation Manager in optimising outlet sales. Responsible for new product development and implementation. Assist marketing team for any campaign planning and implementation. To ensure effective management, motivation, training and development of all team members employed in the service outlet. Attend to customer inquiries and complaint; work with management and outlet to improve customer satisfaction. Assist in new outlet opening to ensure smooth operations after handover. To ensure facilities comply with all relevant legislation relating to health & safety, food hygiene regulations & licensing legislation.
