Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Service & Technical Team.
- Plan, schedule, and follow up on Testing & Commissioning (T&C), installation, and service activities in collaboration with Sales and Service teams.
- Serve as the primary coordination point between Sales, Service Engineers/Technicians, Operations, and customers for service‑related matters.
- Provide indoor service support, including basic system setup, software support, and handling of technical enquiries.
- Prepare service‑related quotations based on incoming service and technical enquiries.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain service‑related documentation, including service records, warranty certificates, and technical documents.
- Ensure all service records and documentation are accurately maintained in accordance with company systems and procedures.
- Support coordination with relevant internal teams when required.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related engineering field (Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant experience in service coordination, technical support, or service administration will have an added advantage.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of documentation systems and technical coordination workflows.
- Possesses good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
