Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations of the Service & Technical Team.
  • Plan, schedule, and follow up on Testing & Commissioning (T&C), installation, and service activities in collaboration with Sales and Service teams.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between Sales, Service Engineers/Technicians, Operations, and customers for service‑related matters.
  • Provide indoor service support, including basic system setup, software support, and handling of technical enquiries.
  • Prepare service‑related quotations based on incoming service and technical enquiries.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain service‑related documentation, including service records, warranty certificates, and technical documents.
  • Ensure all service records and documentation are accurately maintained in accordance with company systems and procedures.
  • Support coordination with relevant internal teams when required.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related engineering field (Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or equivalent).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant experience in service coordination, technical support, or service administration will have an added advantage.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of documentation systems and technical coordination workflows.
  • Possesses good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
