Job summary

CTOS Digital in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, seeks a customer service professional to guide customers on credit reports and CTOS products. You will respond to walk-in and email inquiries and assist with CTOS ID registration and report access.

Applicants should have a minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are required, with Mandarin/Tamil an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and guidance to customers on credit reports and CTOS products.
• Attend to customer inquiries via walk-in and email professionally and promptly.
• Assist customers with CTOS ID registration and credit report access.
• Handle inquiries related to Trade Reference (eTR) records per established procedures.
• Maintain a customer-centric, empathetic service approach.
• Record all interactions in CRM for case tracking and reporting.
• Perform administrative duties and daily operational reporting.
• Ensure Service Centre is presentable.
• Handle confidential information in compliance with policies.
