Job summary

Isabelle, IOI City Mall is looking for a Service Associate (Waiter) to warmly welcome guests and determine their dining needs. You will seat guests, manage the seating chart, and monitor restaurant activity to ensure a smooth dining flow.

You’ll respond to guest inquiries and help teammates to sustain excellent service. No experience required, but teamwork, basic cleanliness, and safety awareness are essential.
