Job summary

Goh Brothers Motor (GB) Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a Service Advisor to enhance the EV after-sales experience for e-MAS customers. You will handle customer service and servicing matters, prepare service orders and quotations, and coordinate with technicians on EV servicing and repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Automotive, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive after-sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
