Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking motivated individuals to join our EV sales team in Malaysia. You will help customers understand their needs and guide them to the best electric vehicle options.

Training will be provided to become an EV expert, and you will participate in car shows and marketing events while building product knowledge. Responsibilities include greeting walk-in customers, arranging test drives, assisting with loan applications, and delivering vehicles to customers.

• Help customers to find out what they need and suggest the best EV car for them.
• Show and sell EV cars.
• Bring customers for test drives and explain why EV cars are good and how they work.
• Keep learning about new EV tech, charging stations, and car market trends.
• Hit your sales targets (KPIs) alone and with your team.
• Help with the whole process, from applying for a bank loan to delivering the car to the customer.
• Go to training, car shows, and marketing events.
• Help create social media content with the marketing team to show off happy customers.
• Follow the work roster, handle walk-in customers, and follow up with new leads.
