Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills for data-driven decision support.
• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 are desirable.

Job description

Own business continuity, resiliency, and risk management for Asia, aligned to enterprise standards. Drive regional continuity planning, readiness, and recovery execution; identify and mitigate operational risks and single points of failure through cross functional partnership. Lead Asia incident response coordination and ensure rapid stabilization and recovery across logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

Establish and drive accountability frameworks across Asia to ensure clear ownership, execution discipline, and measurable outcomes

Define operating cadence, governance, and executive reporting to maintain visibility to risks, actions, and performance

Reinforce leadership continuity and execution rigor during periods of ramp, change, or elevated operational risk

Act as an integrator across Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and enterprise functions in Asia

Drive complex, cross regional programs in alignment with Global Logistics strategic priorities

Lead initiatives end to end through ambiguity, ensuring alignment, speed, and disciplined execution

Serve as the change management lead for GLO Digital Transformation (DT) initiatives in Asia

Drive adoption, readiness, and sustainment of new tools, processes, and capabilities across the region

Partner with global DT and regional stakeholders to ensure effective rollout, communication, and impact realization

Support a broad range of Global Logistics Organization (GLO) business operations initiatives across Asia

About you

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience

8+ years of related experience in project management or program management

Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders

Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support

Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2
