Job summary

UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an SEO Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to drive organic growth across websites.

You will conduct keyword research, run technical audits, optimize on-page elements, and lead white-hat link-building initiatives. Collaboration with content and development teams will ensure alignment with SEO best practices, while monitoring performance and delivering actionable reports. Mentoring junior staff will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
