Job summary

Toll Group is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to support and enhance our Workato-based integrations within AWS. You will handle incident, change and problem management, monitor platform health, and contribute to knowledge management.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workato, AWS Transfer Family, and SNOW, with a willingness to work in shifts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable integrations and support Toll Group's global logistics

Qualifications

• Total 8-10 years in Integration L3 Support with 2+ years on Workato integration.
• Sound understanding of AWS Transfer Family and CloudWatch logs.
• Willingness to work in shift.
• Experience creating design docs, KM docs, test cases and deployment plans.

Responsibilities

• Incident management: diagnose and resolve integration failures or delays.
• Workato recipe support, retries and error handling.
• Change management for onboarded customers, including break-fix.
• Patching and HA/DR testing activities.
• Knowledge base creation and maintenance (KEDB).
• Coordinate with AWS MS / Infrastructure teams and escalate as needed.
• Ownership of Workato/AWS transfer family ecosystem.
