What sets this role apart is the work itself. You will design a highly complex, data-rich website and application — interactive comparison engines, decision-tree tools, multi-jurisdictional data visualisations — that transform dense advisory content into intuitive, high-converting digital experiences. Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end design constraints (HTML/CSS awareness) is expected. Exceptional written and spoken English is required, as you will be designing for sophisticated international audiences.
Highly Valued
Experience in web design, complicated UX/UI, social media content creation, brand development for an international audience will be viewed favorably, as will familiarity with data-visualisation libraries and frameworks (D3.js, Chart.js, or similar) and the ability to brief developers on their implementation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite alongside Figma is desirable. Diverse language skills are an advantage as the company expands its reach into Chinese-speaking markets. Experience designing for high-net-worth or institutional audiences is a strong differentiator. Prior experience working under a design lead within a structured team will help you ramp up quickly.
This Role is For You If…
You are a craft-focused designer who wants to do your best work as part of a small, ambitious team. You are excited by the challenge of making genuinely complex information feel simple, elegant, and trustworthy. You have an exceptional eye for design and the Figma skills to execute that vision at the highest level. You thrive in environments where you can work directly with experienced design leadership and have a real voice in the work. You understand that great UX for a consulting business is fundamentally different from consumer product design — it requires building trust, demonstrating expertise, and guiding users through consequential decisions. You have a portfolio you are proud of and ready to show.
