Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or relevant disciplines preferred.
• Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouraged.
• Able to work 45 hours weekly with a rotational shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sorting centre operations including receiving and sorting.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow while monitoring performance metrics.
• Coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal teams.
• Ensure operations meet targeted Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Provide data reports and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
