Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Malaysia seeks a Senior Visual Merchandising Executive to support regional VM execution, openings and updates, and ensure brand image consistency across markets. You will collaborate with the Regional Architecture and VM Manager, coordinate with Central, Marketing and Sales, and manage vendor relationships for HPP, planograms, and video/photography for boutique launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of retail visual merchandising experience, preferably with design production, planning and implementation.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD; Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Commercial acumen with strong sense of aesthetics and retail dynamics, traffic flow, and consumer behavior.
• Strong project management skills with ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Good organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel within Klang Valley and occasional outstation; owner car required.

Responsibilities

• Support and follow up local markets (agents/subsidiaries) on VM updates per central guidelines and regional marketing plan.
• Collaborate with Central, Marketing and Sales on VM guidelines, planograms, visuals, movies and database updates.
• Ensure quality of VM execution in PCD POS within budget and brand guidelines from Central and regional plans.
• Vendor management: work with MM and external vendors for fixture design, materials, and adapting HQ concepts for local market; prop fabrication for HPP.
• Localize and plan planograms; execute accurate planograms for optimal product visibility during store openings and launches.
• Coordinate and brief vendors for video and photography for boutique openings and HPPs; validate final submissions to Regional.
