You will collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Program teams to produce on-brand content using AI-assisted tools, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient production across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in multimedia fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in video production or editing.
• Proficient with listed video-editing platforms.
• Familiar with AI-powered tools for content creation.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit high-quality videos for marketing, educational, promotional, and branding initiatives.
• Create short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and production flows for campaigns and programs.
• Enhance videos with subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music.
• Use AI-powered tools for scripting, editing, captioning, voiceovers, and optimization.
• Support video production with camera, lighting, and audio setup.

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor (AI-Assisted) who can turn ideas, footage, and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality video content.

This role plays an important part in supporting our marketing, educational programs, wellness initiatives, and brand storytelling through compelling visual content.

You will work closely with our Marketing, Content, and Program teams to create video content that is on-brand, engaging, optimized for digital platforms, and produced efficiently using modern AI-assisted tools.

If you are a strong visual storyteller who understands both traditional video production and the growing possibilities of AI, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful creative impact.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Produce and edit high-quality videos for marketing, educational, promotional, and branding initiatives.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and production flows for campaigns and programs.
• Enhance videos with subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and other visual elements.
• Use AI-powered tools for scripting, editing, captioning, voiceovers, and content optimization.
• Support video production with camera, lighting, and audio setup.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Program teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure all video content follows company branding, messaging, and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain video footage, creative assets, and project files.
• Keep up with emerging video-production techniques, multimedia trends, and AI creative tools.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Mass Communication, Creative Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in video production, video editing, or multimedia content creation.
• Strong skills in videography, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in video-editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway, Descript, Pika, Synthesia, or CapCut AI.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
• High attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
