You will lead the video direction, scout trends, develop concepts and scripts, oversee production from planning to final cut, and mentor a team of creators while ensuring high storytelling and production quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in video content creation or related fields.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills with understanding of audience engagement.
• Excellent awareness of social media trends, viral content and audience behaviour.
• Experience managing end-to-end video production from concept to final output.
• Leadership potential with ability to guide and review other creators' work.
• Attention to detail and high video production standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of filming, editing and production workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and production of short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Research viral trends, audience behaviour and formats to identify new opportunities.
• Develop concepts, storytelling approaches and scripts that capture attention.
• Turn trending topics into relevant, entertaining content for our brands.
• Oversee the full video production process from ideation to final delivery.
• Guide and collaborate with video creators, providing direction and feedback.
• Review video content to ensure storytelling quality and technical excellence.
• Identify and solve creative or technical challenges during production.
• Coordinate on-camera talents and filming arrangements when needed.
• Analyze video performance and iterate based on audience preferences.
• Explore AI tools and new production techniques to boost creativity and efficiency.
