Clinical Leadership & Governance: Establish, review, and enforce clinic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and medical standards. [1, 2]

Complex Case Management: Diagnose and treat advanced internal medicine cases and handle highly complex or critical emergency conditions. [1, 2]

Advanced & Orthopedic Surgery: Perform advanced soft tissue operations, complex dental procedures, and basic orthopedic surgeries (e.g., fracture repairs, amputations). [1, 2]

Staff Mentorship: Oversee, coach, and mentor junior veterinarians, veterinary interns, and technical staff to elevate the overall quality of care. [1, 2]
